Rachel Carey

Rachel Carey serves as the Recruiting Operations Manager at Arrive Logistics since February 2023. Previously, Rachel worked at TikTok as the Recruiting Coordinator Lead and at Stitch Fix in various roles, including Program Manager of Recruiting Operations. Noteworthy accomplishments include improving hiring processes through project management and the implementation of recruiting tools, as well as leading the hiring project for Client Experience Agents in the UK. Earlier experience includes managing a large team at Anthropologie and coordinating marketing efforts at Cole Haan. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
