Cuauhtémoc Ocampo is the Director of New Investment Channels at Arrived. Prior to this, they were the Expansion Manager at Bungalow from October 2018 to March 2020. There, they fully launched Bungalow's 10th domestic market as interim GM from null to >$1M ARR. Cuauhtémoc also developed goals and launch plans for what would have been first international market and 11th domestic market (both postponed due to business re-prioritization). In addition, they initiated and piloted creation of in-house property maintenance branches and established account management processes in order to stabilize an ops-heavy project.
Before Bungalow, Cuauhtémoc was the Operations and Logistics Manager - Mexico National at Uber from January 2018 to September 2018. There, they led global first-in-class efforts to recover driver-partner debt from cash trips in LatAm. Cuauhtémoc also participated in the launch of 4 Uber markets in Mexico and 3 UberEATS markets in Brazil. In addition, they collaborated in the development of LatAm fraud-prevention rules for ‘fake’ trips & referral fraud in Mexico and experimented with rider elasticity campaigns to determine optimal spend for acquisition. Furthermore, they optimized funnel conversion for partner-drivers in Northwest Mexico and spearheaded rider funnel conversion for all of Mexico. Lastly, they developed partner-driver incentive & marketplace efficiency campaigns for 15 NW Mexico cities.
Cuauhtémoc Ocampo attended Princeton University, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Economics. Cuauhtémoc has also received certification from Emtrain in Preventing Workplace Harassment.
