Jackie Thai is the Head of HR & People at Arrived. Prior to their current position, they were with TalentReach from January 2021 to April 2022 as a Senior Talent Advisor & Account Executive. Jackie has unmatched experience in the industry and is a pioneer of Recruiting-as-a-Service. Jackie invests in relationships with both candidates and employers to create the most perfect matches. As a sales talent advisor, Jackie seeks out the best talent (primarily in SaaS Sales) to join the teams of some of the most exciting, venture-backed start-ups, Unicorn tech firms as well as more established organizations who have proven themselves in similar spaces. Her process includes creative and strategic sourcing of sales talent ranging from SDRs, Inside Sales and Account Managers and Account Executives to Enterprise Sellers, Sales Leaders and Directors of Alliances & Partnerships. Jackie is also responsible for engaging and building long-term relationships with candidates for not just the current requisition but throughout the duration of their Sales careers. Additionally, they manage a high volume pipeline of candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure constant, open communication, interview preparedness, timely feedback and both candidate and client contentment.

Jackie Thai has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Woman's University in English Language and Literature/Letters.

They are on a team with Eeshan Talwar - Head of Growth & Capital Markets, Kenny Cason - Co-founder & CTO, and Bret Neuman - Head of Brand & Content. Their manager is Ryan Frazier, CEO.
