Simone Braatvedt

Simone Braatvedt possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of People Experience (HR) Partnering at Xero since April 2021, following a role as a People Experience (HR) Business Partner. Prior to Xero, Simone held the position of HR Manager at The Walt Disney Company from January 2020 to April 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Consultant at Village Roadshow. Additionally, Simone's experience includes a tenure as a People and Culture Consultant at Humankind NZ and various roles at 2degrees Mobile, advancing from Talent Administrator to Senior Talent Advisor.
