Mubashir Ahmad has held a variety of positions in the software industry since 2010. Mubashir began their career at AutoSoft Dynamics (Pvt.) Limited in 2010 as a SQA & Support Engineer, where they were responsible for providing high-quality, cost-effective business and technological financial solutions for banking worldwide. In 2011, they moved to Archimedes Services as a SQA & Support Executive. In 2013, they joined Aoserv (Accountancy Outsourcing Services) limited as an Associate Manager Quality Assurance. In 2017, they became a Project Manager at Thumb Solutions. Since 2019, they have been working as a Lead Software Quality Assurance at Arrivy, where they are responsible for testing Mobile Applications, Web-based applications, and Desktop Applications. Mubashir is proficient in Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Cases, Test Case Execution, and Bug Tracking. Mubashir specializes in test development.

Mubashir Ahmad has a comprehensive educational background. Mubashir started their educational journey in 1996 when they received their Matriculation from Govt Canal Colony Model High School Bagawalnagar in the field of Science. Mubashir then went on to receive their B.Sc. from Govt Post Graduate College Bahawalnagar in 2002 in the field of Maths. In 2004, they earned their Post Graduate Diploma in IT from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad in Computer Software Engineering. Finally, they obtained their Master's Degree in Software Engineering from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur in 2008.
