Katherine Hlavac

Katherine Hlavac is a seasoned professional in experience design and research, currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Research & Design at Arro Labs since October 2023, where the agency provides comprehensive digital solutions. Katherine also holds the position of Executive Director at the Siprut Foundation, overseeing charitable initiatives in humanitarian aid and animal welfare since February 2022. Previous roles include CMO & CDO at Kerberos Capital Management, Director of User Experience Design at projekt202, and Associate Director positions at Huge and Critical Mass. Katherine has contributed to education as a UX Instructor at General Assembly and has held various design roles at frog and T3, along with freelance engagements in UX and industrial design. Katherine's educational background includes a BFA in Industrial Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
