Marcos Fernandez Pardo

Marcos Fernandez Pardo is an experienced executive in the restaurant and food industry, currently serving as Managing Director at ArrosQD since January 2019. In addition, Marcos holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ibérica Restaurants from November 2020 to November 2024. Previously, Marcos was CEO of InPaella Ltd from July 2016 to November 2020 and served as Chief Executive Officer at Iberica Food & Culture Ltd from September 2006 to November 2020, overseeing a collection of premium Spanish gastronomy restaurants.
