Karen Windeatt has had over 19 years of work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Karen began their career in 2002 as a System Sales Trainer at Telephone Maintenance Group, where they provided training on system sales. In 2005, they became a Systems Installation Project Manager at the same company, managing installation projects.
From 2006 to 2008, Karen worked as an Office Manager and PA to the Operations Director at TMG Telecom, where they handled administrative tasks and supported the director. Karen then transitioned into a Service Manager role from 2008 to 2010, overseeing training, supplier liaison, and customer issue resolution.
In 2011, Karen joined Arrow Business Communications as a Service Manager, where they continued their responsibilities of training and maintaining relationships with clients. Karen was later promoted to Head of Fixed and System Support in 2014, where they developed and executed business plans, streamlined processes, and set targets for staff.
Throughout their career, Karen has consistently demonstrated leadership skills, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities in the telecommunications industry.
Karen Windeatt attended Bewdley High School from 1997 to 2000, where they completed their GCSE education. From 2000 to 2002, they enrolled in Worcester Sixth Form College. During this period, Karen studied A level subjects, including Business Studies (C), English Language (B), Psychology (B), and A/S French.
