Raheel Hussain has a strong background in billing and customer management. Raheel began their career in 2005 as the Head of Billing for Unofon. In 2005, they joined Thus PLC as the Billing Manager, and after the acquisition by Cable & Wireless, they were promoted to Head of Billing for THUS. In 2012, they transitioned to Vodafone UK as the Billing Operations Manager for the Fixed Line Small Medium Enterprise customer base. In 2015, they joined Arrow Business Communications and held various roles, including MI & Billing Manager and Senior Billing & MI Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Billing & Customer MI, where they are responsible for managing the billing department, streamlining processes, and setting up a first-class billing service.
Raheel Hussain has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Systems and Business. Raheel obtained this degree from the University of Glamorgan, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, Raheel Hussain attended the University of South Wales from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Information Systems and Business, specifically in the field of study of Information Systems and Business.
