Scott Miller

Scott Miller has extensive experience in technical support and system engineering, currently serving as a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer at ARO Technology since July 2021. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Support Analyst at Keyloop, where responsibilities included managing software-related issues, providing customer support, and mentoring team members. Additional experience includes positions at Cognizant as a Senior System Engineer, Tech Mahindra and Hutchison 3G as a 3Store Support Advisor, and earlier roles at SAIC Limited/Wipro Technologies and Morgan Stanley. Scott holds a BSc in Computing from the University of the West of Scotland and an HND in Software Development from Stow College.
