Ansley Deshotel is a Human Resources Specialist with experience in recruitment and retention coordination, family home development, and staff assistance in various organizations such as Arrow Child & Family Ministries and the U.S. House of Representatives. With a background in International/Global Studies and Sociology from Texas Tech University, Ansley has also excelled in lead fundraising roles, engaging with alumni and raising significant funds for academic initiatives.

Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
