Destiny Ferguson is an experienced educator specializing in special education, currently serving as a Collaborative Special Education Teacher at Madison County School System since March 2021, and as a Special Education Teacher at Arrow Child and Family Ministries since November 2017. Responsibilities include creating and implementing lessons that promote academic growth, collaborating with specialists to fulfill Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and engaging students through individualized instruction and behavioral management techniques. Previous roles include ABA Instructor, KLAL Counselor, Inclusion Counselor, and Intern, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting students with disabilities across various settings. Destiny holds a Bachelor's of Science in Human Services from Stevenson University and is currently pursuing additional education at the Community College of Baltimore County.

Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
