Arrow Child & Family Ministries
Haley Duff is currently working as an Instructional Design Specialist at Arrow Child & Family Ministries since June 2023. Prior to this, Haley worked as a Media Assistant and Special Education Paraeducator at Montgomery County Public Schools from November 2020 to October 2023. Haley also served as a Marketing Coordinator at West River United Methodist Center and as a Marketing Communications Consultant at Covenant United Methodist Church. With a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Haley has also been involved in various roles at McDaniel College and Baltimore-Washington Conference of The United Methodist Church, including serving as a Peer Mentor and Program Staff.

Arrow Child & Family Ministries serves to advance the well being of children, families, communities, and culture by providing an array of services and engaging the local church to promote Christian responsibility and commitment to strengthen family life. Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
