Leah Wilson, LCSW-S, LCPAA, CPMS, is an experienced social work professional currently serving as the Director of Kinship and Regional Director at Arrow Child & Family Ministries, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic growth, program effectiveness, and providing clinical oversight for treatment programs. In addition to roles at Arrow, Leah is an Adjunct Instructor at The University of Texas at Arlington, teaching social work courses. Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
