Matthew Surber is currently a Training and Development Specialist at Arrow Child & Family Ministries. Previously, Matthew worked as a Training Specialist at Board of Child Care and as a Program Director at West River Center. With a background in youth development and ministry, Matthew has a strong track record of recruiting and training staff, creating inclusive programming, and fostering community engagement. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Wesley Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
