Stacy Miller

Stacy Miller has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Training Center at Johnson Controls since August 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Manager of Training at Lowe's Companies, where responsibilities included opening a Customer Support Center, managing a team of facilitators, and supporting training for a contact center of 1,300 employees. Additionally, Stacy is Supervising Training and Development at CNO Financial Group since June 2007, focusing on team development and the delivery of high-quality training programs. Previous experience with Conseco Services and Conseco includes roles as a Senior Trainer and Customer Service Escalation, contributing to various training initiatives and operational transitions. An education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching was achieved at Cincinnati Christian University from 1990 to 1995.
