Rhonda Pangarakis

Rhonda Pangarakis has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Harris County Community Supervision and Correction Department and currently as an HR Generalist at Arrow Child and Family Ministries. Rhonda also has a background in criminal justice and corrections, having studied at the University of Houston-Downtown. Prior to their HR roles, Rhonda served as a Coordinator of Volunteer Services at The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and as a Detention Officer at Harris County Juvenile Probation Department.
