Sarah Miller Pettengill is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has experience working in various counseling roles, including as a teletherapist at Murrieta Christian Counseling and Peninsula Therapy PLLC. Prior to their counseling roles, Sarah worked in resident services at Golden Umbrella and Mercy Housing Inc., planning events and activities for senior tenants. Sarah also has a background in public relations and organizational specialization, receiving their Bachelor's Degree from Simpson University before obtaining their Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology.

Arrow Child & Family Ministries serves to advance the well being of children, families, communities, and culture by providing an array of services and engaging the local church to promote Christian responsibility and commitment to strengthen family life. Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
