Arrow Child & Family Ministries
Scott Batson is currently the Associate Vice President of Capacity Development at Arrow Child & Family Ministries. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at different organizations such as State Director of Development at Pathways Youth & Family Services, Inc. and Program Supervisor at Pathways Youth and Family Services. Scott also has experience as a Conservatorship Worker at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Sam Houston State University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Counseling from the same university.

Founded in 1992 by a former foster child who grew up in a loving, Christian foster home, we strive to give every foster child that same opportunity, to experience the unconditional love and commitment of a Christian family, and the support and encouragement of a church community.
