Ben McMahon

Ben McMahon has over two decades of experience in environmental engineering and management, currently serving as the Manager of HSE Systems at Arrow Energy since June 2010. In this role, Ben leads a team responsible for competency, assurance, systems, and reporting related to health, safety, and the environment, while also managing the departmental budget. Previous positions at Arrow include Team Lead of Systems and Reporting, Senior Corporate Environment Advisor, and Team Leader of Compliance and Reporting, where Ben focused on HSE policies, greenhouse reporting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Arrow, Ben worked as a Principal Environmental Engineer at PAE Holmes, managing air quality assessments for major projects, and held roles at RSK, Stanwell Corporation Limited, Sinclair Knight Merz, and Pacific Air and Environment, building extensive expertise in environmental approvals, air quality, and emissions. Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Environmental Engineering from The University of Queensland.
