Louis Shen

Louis Shen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, internal control, and shareholder relations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Shareholder and Investor Relations at Arrow Energy since April 2011, Louis has held various key positions, including Change Manager and Performance Reporting Lead. Key responsibilities involve the establishment and maintenance of company policies, risk management procedures, and audit support. Previous experience includes a managerial role in Business Risk Services at Ernst & Young, where Louis oversaw internal audits and risk assessments for high-profile clients, and an auditing role at KPMG China.
