Neil Sloan

Neil Sloan is an experienced Oil and Gas Specialist currently employed at Arrow Energy since July 2023. Prior to this role, Neil Sloan dedicated over three decades to Santos Ltd, where responsibilities included managing the GLNG Primary Control Centre, serving as the Emergency Operations Coordinator for GLNG Upstream Operations, and overseeing operations and maintenance for various projects both in Australia and internationally. Notably, Neil Sloan played a key role in the design and construction of the $8 billion GLNG Upstream Operations facilities during the Pre-FEED and FEED phases while seconded to Fluor. Throughout tenure at Santos, Neil Sloan also ensured adherence to project governance for high-value projects and contributed to successful offshore gas field operations, including the Casino Gas Field, which launched under budget and ahead of schedule.
