Paul Rice

Paul Rice is an experienced operations and maintenance leader with a diverse background in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Operations Readiness and Improvement Manager at Arrow Energy since April 2023, Paul is responsible for ensuring operational and maintenance preparedness for capital and brownfield projects, as well as enhancing operational processes. Prior roles include Operations and Maintenance Manager at Oil Search Limited, Manager Midstream Operations at APA Group, and Operations Development Manager at Santos Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed start-up and commissioning of GLNG assets and overseeing various coal seam gas fields in Queensland. Paul began their career as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Origin Energy. Paul holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Deakin University, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland.
