Martin Stjernfelt

Mr. Stjernfelt has extensive experience in corporate finance and international business development. In 2002 he co-founded and managed the Spanish subsidiary of the Danish company E3light, specialized in the manufacture and distribution of energy saving light bulbs. From 2003 ­ 2005 he was employed at ARJIL & Associés Banque, the investment banking arm of Lagardère Group, a European media (HDS) and high technology (EADS) conglomerate, where he acted as financial analyst for mergers and acquisitions. In 2005, Mr. Stjernfelt joined GBS Finanzas, one of Spain’s leading independent investment banks. At GBS Finanzas he worked on multiple cross-border merger and acquisition transactions with Corporate and Private Equity clients, managing the transaction process from origination to execution. He gained industry-specific expertise in the energy, food, healthcare, and industrial sectors. He left GBS Finanzas as Vice President of the firm. Martin Stjernfelt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance and International Business from the Aarhus School of Business, Denmark. He is fluent in Danish, English, and Spanish.
