Ray Hess

Ray Hess, ACE, has extensive experience in the pest control and safety training industries, currently serving as the Region Technical Training Manager at Arrow Exterminators since June 2010. Prior to this role, Ray was the Retail/Training/Safety Director at Peachtree Pest Control from 2007 to 2010, and served as a Contract Manager at Aramark at Boeing from 2002 to 2007. Ray's career began in the United States Air Force, where Ray worked as an Entomologist from 1981 to 2002. Ray's educational background includes attendance at several OSHA and safety classes, alongside military training.
