Shay J. Runion

Shay J. Runion has a solid work experience in the pest management industry. Shay J. started their career at Dow AgroSciences, LLC in 2001 as a Professional Pest Management Sales Representative, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, Shay joined Arrow Exterminators and held various roles in Professional Development, starting as Vice President and later being promoted to SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. Shay J. played a crucial role in developing and leading the professional development initiatives at Arrow Exterminators.

Shay J. Runion completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences from Auburn University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Later on, in 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University.
