Ronak Vashi currently holds the position of Supply Chain Production Planner at Arrow Fastener since October 2015, with previous roles including Supervisor and Assistant Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 60 employees, coaching on mechanical troubleshooting, and developing production scheduling based on supply chain forecasts. Earlier experience at Arrow Fastener also includes serving as Lead Production Operator and Production Operator, focusing on equipment operation and troubleshooting to meet production goals. Prior to Arrow Fastener, Ronak Vashi worked as a Production Material Coordinator at Randstad and as a Computer Technician at Micro Track Computer Services, providing IT support and maintaining networking functions.
