In 1994, they attended Harvard Business School for two years, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management.

Following a gap, in 2001 to 2002, Alessio pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from the Schulich School of Business - York University.
