Brooke Pancoe

Brooke Pancoe, PHR has over a decade of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Brooke began their career as a Human Resources Intern at AMRI and later worked as an Employee Benefits Assistant at Austin & Co., Inc. In 2010, Brooke moved on to MD&A where they served as a Human Resources Generalist for five years. Brooke then joined Metweld International as a Human Resources Manager, where they remained until 2018. Brooke's most recent role was at Arrow Financial Corporation, where they initially served as Vice President and Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources in 2020.

Brooke Pancoe, PHR obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from the University at Albany, SUNY, between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, between 2004 and 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Management at Clark University.
