W. Chad Mallow

W. Chad Mallow is currently the Vice President and Employee Benefits Practice Leader at Upstate Agency, LLC., a division of Arrow Financial Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for leading the strategic growth of the employee benefits division and overseeing the agency's overall operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Manager for Large Group Commercial Accounts at BlueShield of Northeastern New York, where they consulted with large groups to offer health plans that best met their needs. Before that, they served as a Large Group Account Executive at CDPHP, where they also retained and grew sales for national large group accounts. Additionally, they worked as a Provider Service Specialist at CDPHP, where they assisted with physician reimbursement and educated provider offices on various lines of business.

W. Chad Mallow obtained an Associate's Degree in Media Arts and Communication from Suny Adirondack, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they obtained the NYS Insurance License for Life, Accident & Health from the State of New York Insurance Department in November 2005.
