Chris Holmes

Chris Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. In recent years, Chris has served as the Director of Engineering at Arrow Gear Company since 2018 and previously held the same role at Delta Gear Co from 2017 to 2018. Before that, Chris worked as the Manager of Process Engineering at Delta Gear Co from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Chris was a Senior Engineer at Belmont Equipment from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for delivering engineering, technical application support, and project management for electrical discharge machining (EDM) capital equipment and consumables projects. Chris also has experience in coaching, having worked as a Coach at Sportbike Tracktime from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Chris served as the Engineering Team Leader at BMT Aerospace International - BMT EURAIR from 2005 to 2013, where they supervised and managed a 10-person engineering staff. Before that, Chris worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at BMT Aerospace, Caratron Division from 2001 to 2005, where they devised manufacturing processes for aerospace parts and assemblies. Chris started their career as a Process Engineer at Ventura Industries Inc from 2000 to 2001.

Chris Holmes attended Plymouth Canton High School from 1987 to 1990. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Graphics and Design Technology at the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University from 1990 to 1995.
