Ronald Poat

Ronald Poat has a diverse work experience in the field of gear engineering and manufacturing. Ronald is currently working as the Chief Engineer at Arrow Gear Company since September 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director of Engineering at Reliance Gear Corporation from April 2018 to September 2020. Ronald also worked as a Gear Manufacturing Engineer at MISTEQUAY GROUP from January 2018 to April 2018. From 2015 to 2017, Ronald served as the Director of Engineering at Gear Technology. Ronald previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Reliance Gear Corporation from an unknown start date to 2015.
