Caroline Ray is an experienced Human Resources professional with a history of progressive responsibilities in various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Arrow International, Inc. since April 2024, Caroline previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Kraft Heinz Company and held multiple roles at Parker Hannifin, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist.
