Dawn Macadams-Mull, MBA, PCIP, currently serves as a Solutions Advisor at Arrow Payments since December 2019, while also owning a natural light photography business, You Are My Sunshine Photography, LLC, established in October 2015. Prior experience includes a tenure at the University of Pennsylvania from August 2008 to December 2019, where Dawn held multiple roles including Director of PCI Compliance and Merchant Card Programs, overseeing various compliance and financial initiatives. Earlier career highlights include positions as Head Teller at Firstrust Bank and Commerce Bank, along with a background in financial analysis and cash management. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration from Holy Family University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Temple University.
