Justin Ladd

Justin Ladd is currently the VP of Operations at Arrow Senior Living Management. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Operations for the company from July 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living from April 2018 to June 2020. In this role, they oversaw all operations of an 130-unit assisted living and memory care community. Prior to that, they were the Director of Corporate Compliance at Eidetik, Inc. from August 2015 to August 2016. In this role, they oversaw the operations and regulatory compliance of all Eidetik, Inc. affiliates (including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, adult day programs and developmentally disabled care facilities). Justin also provided regional operations support to five-day programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities located in Mississippi and Florida along with providing oversight and support of River’s Bend Retirement Community in Kuttawa, Kentucky.

Justin Ladd earned their MBA from the University of the Cumberlands. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Western Kentucky University. In addition, Justin is certified as an Executive Director Leadership Institute Graduate from Argentum and as a Home for the Aged/Assisted Care Living Facility Administrator from the State of Tennessee Board of Licensing Health Care Facilities. Justin is also certified as a Level One Certified Investigator (Serious Incident Investigations) from LABOR RELATIONS ALTERNATIVES, INC. and as a Long-Term Care Administrator (Nursing Home Administrator) from the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Long-Term Care Administrators. Finally, Justin is certified as a Certified Dementia Practitioner from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.

Their manager is Stephanie R. Harris, Chief Executive Officer.
