Laura Kirk

Laura Kirk has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on total rewards, compensation and benefits. Laura is currently working as the Director Global Total Rewards at Datasite since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Total Rewards at Radial Inc. from April 2021 to June 2023. Laura also held various roles at Firmenich, including Director, Total Rewards and R&D HRBP from January 2021 to April 2021, Director, Compensation and Benefits from January 2019 to January 2021, and Sr. Manager, Benefits Strategy and Administration from July 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Firmenich, Laura worked at Johnson Controls as a Lead Compensation Consultant from January 2017 to July 2017. Laura also gained valuable experience at Tyco, where they held roles such as Sr. Manager, Plan Performance from January 2016 to December 2016, Manager, Plan Design & Assessment from July 2013 to December 2015, and Sr. Analyst, Health & Welfare Benefits Analytics from December 2010 to July 2013.

Laura's early career includes positions at DRS Technologies, Inc. as a Benefits Analyst from March 2009 to December 2010 and as a Sr. Benefits Coordinator from June 2007 to March 2009. Laura also worked at Hunterdon Medical Center as a Human Resources Associate from May 2005 to August 2006, and as a Human Resources Intern from June 2004 to August 2004.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated their expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and strategy. Laura has implemented process improvements, managed educational initiatives, and ensured accurate employee information. Laura Kirk has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gordon College. Laura also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a field of study in HR Management, from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Additionally, Laura has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "Creating the Conditions for Others to Thrive" from LinkedIn in February 2020, "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in July 2019, and "Radical Candor (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in May 2019. Laura is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), achieved in April 2017. Laura holds the designation of Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in September 2016. In addition, they are a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, earned in May 2013. Furthermore, Laura has been certified as a Certified Wellness Program Coordinator and Certified Wellness Program Manager by the National Wellness Institute and WebMD in December 2008.
