Tracy Cecil

Tracy Cecil is the regional director of operations at Arrow Senior Living Management. Tracy has over 19 years of experience in the senior living industry. Cecil began their career as an assistant administrator at McKnight Place Extended Care in 2010. In 2012, they became the administrator at Parc Provence, where they worked for five years. In 2017, Cecil became the executive director at McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, where they worked for two years.

Tracy Cecil has a BS in Health Care Management from Lindenwood University and is an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Meramac Community College. Tracy is currently attending Aquinas Mercy.

They work with Bill Weismiller - Regional Director of Operations, Tim Moore - Regional Director of Operations, and Emily Bennett - Regional Director of Operations. Their manager is Justin Ladd, VP of Operations.
