Matt Smith

Matt Smith is an experienced shipbroker currently employed at Arrow Shipping & Energy since July 2024. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Chartering Manager - Supramax at Braemar from December 2020 to July 2024, and was a Chartering Manager at Centurion Bulk from January 2019 to December 2020, focusing on the Supramax/Ultramax and Handy sectors in Asia. Earlier experience includes working as a Manager (Shipbroker) in Dry Bulk Chartering at Maersk Broker from October 2015 to February 2019, where Matt developed client relationships and negotiated fixtures. Matt began a career in shipbroking at Arrow Shipbroking Group, contributing to revenue and business development from April 2012 to October 2015.
