Dan Kowalski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in staffing and business development, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive and Director of Client Solutions and Services in the Engineering Division at Arrow Strategies since February 2011. Kowalski has played a pivotal role in overseeing sales and operations, contributing to the company's recognition as the 5th fastest growing privately owned staffing firm in the nation. Prior to this, as Managing Director at Arrow Select from March 2019 to June 2021, Kowalski focused on national direct placement services. Earlier experience includes business development at Express Employment Professionals and a lengthy tenure as Vice President at Sirco Associates, where responsibilities encompassed business development, marketing, and account management. Kowalski holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Oakland University.
