Leah Styers

Leah Styers is a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Projects Team at Arrow Strategies, where responsibilities include sourcing professionals for significant projects in the financial sector and municipal domains, as well as coordinating the onboarding of new consultants. In addition, Leah serves as the Membership & Co-Fundraising Chair and a General Member of the Corporate Retail Association. Previous experience includes a role as Social Media Coordinator & Intern at KRONK Boxing Community Center, where contributions involved managing social media, supporting branding initiatives, and assisting with website navigation. Earlier experience at Aeropostale focused on inventory control and customer service. Leah is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Leadership & Strategy at Michigan State University, expected to graduate in 2026.
