Joe Lofgren

Joe Lofgren has a diverse work experience. Joe started their career in 2000 as an Aircraft Electrician and Environmentalist in the United States Air Force. After leaving the Air Force in 2003, they worked as a Laborer at Advanced Concrete Sawing, where they managed a crew and worked with diamond technology to cut and bore through concrete.

In 2013, Joe worked as an Engineering Intern at Exodus Machines Inc, where they gained experience in drafting and modeling through Solid Works. Joe also worked extensively with their MRP system and completed major projects related to model and drawing.

In 2015, Joe joined Arrow Tank and Engineering Co. as a Plant Engineer and later became the Chief Engineer/Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold this position, contributing to the company's operations and managing the engineering team.

In addition to their professional experiences, Joe also has a background in agriculture. Joe manages a part-time 700 acre crop farming business at Lofgren Farms, where they have been involved in various roles such as Manager, Technician, and lead Architect, Contractor, Electrician, Plumber, and Carpenter for a maintenance facility project worth $350,000.

Joe Lofgren earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Joe pursued this degree from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Joe obtained the certification in "Mastering Hydronic System Design" from HeatSpring in March 2020.
