Jocelyn Dunn, CPTM, has over two decades of experience in talent management and development, currently serving as the AVP of Talent at Arrowhead Credit Union since January 2001. Previous positions at Arrowhead include Talent Manager, Learning and Development Manager, Call Center Manager, Call Center Supervisor, and Credit Union Service Representative. Prior to joining Arrowhead, Jocelyn worked at Loma Linda University Medical Center as a Records Specialist from April 1998 to November 2000.
