Robin Daman

Robin Daman currently serves as the AVP of Global Talent Acquisition for Executive, Global IT, Corporate, and Global Merchandise Recruiting at The TJX Companies, Inc., a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Daman worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiting Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from December 2018 to September 2019. Daman also has extensive experience at WinterWyman, first as Senior Vice President and Partner from October 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included executing C-suite and VP searches for startups and Global Fortune 1000 companies, and previously as Partner in the Accounting & Finance division from November 2000 to September 2015, focusing on building a search presence in New York City across various industries. Daman is a founding member of both WinterWyman's retained search practice and its NYC Finance & Operations contingency practice. Education was obtained at Hofstra University.
