Michelle Loya is a seasoned professional in business systems analysis with extensive experience in the insurance and project management domains. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst II at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. since August 2017, Michelle has previously held notable positions, including Project Management Office Consultant at Zurich North America from 2007 to April 2017 and Project Support Analyst at Universal Underwriters Group from 1988 to 2006.
