Kelsey Matsuguma

Kelsey Matsuguma is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently working at Arrowhead Products since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kelsey held multiple positions at Senior Aerospace SSP, including Lean Manufacturing Engineer, Production Supervisor, Quality Supervisor, and Quality Engineer from March 2019 to March 2021. Previous experience includes tutoring high school students in math at Wyzant, serving as a Generalist at Daiso USA, and working as an Entry Level CAD Assistant at New Technology Consortium, where skills in CAD software were developed. An internship as a Process Quality Engineer at Tecnotubos involved analyzing concrete quality and identifying production issues.
