Jennah McKinley

Jennah McKinley is a passionate educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate, dedicated to creating meaningful connections between education and industry to drive sustainable growth in the Permian Basin. As the CEO of Arrowhead Services, LLC, Jennah leads a company that provides welding, fabrication, and rental services, primarily supporting the oil and gas sector. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2019, with the founding of Arrowhead Services & Rentals, LLC, which has since grown to meet the needs of the energy industry while providing valuable insights into workforce challenges in the region.

A proud graduate of New Mexico State University, Jennah holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s of Art's in Education degree, which have laid the foundation for her career. Her background spans secondary STEM and CTE education, workforce training in higher education, and safety and health training. She has held key roles as a workforce director, safety trainer and classroom teacher. She previously served as Director for the Education Partnership of the Permian Basin, where she collaboratively worked with industry and education partners across the Permian Basin and beyond to create an oil and gas pathway, while also connecting rural schools to high wage, high demand careers. Her initiatives focused on improving educational outcomes from cradle to career in New Mexico, emphasizing workforce development and equipping teachers and students with the resources and skills necessary to succeed in today’s industries.

In addition to her work with Arrowhead Services, Jennah owns a consulting business that helps small businesses develop strategic marketing and community engagement plans to achieve their goals. She also serves as the Event Coordinator for the Delaware Basin Association of Pipeliners, where she works to raise funds for the Permian Pipeliners Education Fund and supports efforts to enhance collaboration, safety, education, and professional growth within the industry.

Jennah is committed to fostering economic success in the Permian Basin by bridging the gap between education and industry. Her ultimate goal is to create opportunities where these sectors intersect, ensuring that communities are equipped for a brighter and more prosperous future.
