Ashley is a member of the Talent Acquisition Group at Arrowroot which partners with portfolio leadership teams to develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives. Prior to joining Arrowroot, Ashley worked as a technical recruiter with Signature Consultants placing positions such as software engineers, application architects, developers, project managers, and business analysts.
