Katrina Holland

Katrina Holland has a diverse work experience background. Katrina currently serves as the Strategic Engagement Officer and Interim Director of Housing Programs at the Urban League of Portland. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Oregon Consumer Justice and Here Together, where they also held the role of Advisory Committee Chair. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as the Executive Director of JOIN. Katrina was also a Board Member at A Home For Everyone Coordinating Board and the Co-Chair of the City of Portland Rental Services Commission. Additionally, they held leadership positions as Interim Board President and Executive Director at Community Alliance of Tenants and served as a Deputy Director and Office & Financial Administrator at Community Alliance Of Tenants. Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, Katrina was the Founder and CEO of Nobi Entertainment, Inc. (now JK Enterprises). Katrina also took time off as a mom when they worked as the Mom at The Pregnancy Pause for a period.

Katrina Holland's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Development - Housing & Economic Development from the College of Urban and Public Affairs at Portland State University. The degree was completed in 2018.
