Akshaya Kathiresh

Akshaya Kathiresh is a designer with a robust background in both freelance and corporate environments. Currently working at Arrowstreet Inc. since April 2022, Akshaya also serves as the Founder and Designer at Flipside Stories, where responsibilities include establishing a client base, providing design consulting, and conducting competitive analyses. Previous experience includes positions as a Graduate Student Designer at Lendlease and RACV, where Akshaya collaborated on live projects, conducted site studies, and analyzed market trends. Additionally, Akshaya gained hands-on experience as an Architectural Intern at JCJR Partnership. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Design Innovation and Technology from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Kerala.
