Lisa Clark

Lisa Clark has over 20 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Leadership Development. Lisa started their career in 1998 as an IT Staffing Division Manager and Lead Technical Recruiter for GTC Systems, Inc. In 2005, they moved to InnovaSystems International, LLC as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources Manager. In 2010, Lisa joined ResMed as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for the Americas. In 2018, they founded the Business Builders Mastermind Group. From 2021 to 2022, Lisa worked as an HR Talent Acquisition Consultant at Heron Therapeutics, Inc. and as a Sr. HR Program Management Consultant at TuSimple. In 2022, they founded Inspired EQ, a talent consulting and coaching business. Most recently, Lisa was appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources at ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2023.

Lisa Clark obtained a DISC Behavioral Styles Certification and Certified Behavioral Life Coach from The Institute for Motivational Living in 2017-2018. Lisa has attended University of Arizona and University of Phoenix, but did not receive a degree from either. Lisa also attended Landmark for Leadership & Communications. From 2017-2019, they attended Fortune Builders for Real Estate Redevelopment. Lastly, they attended Point Loma High.
